HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a unique Tracking Number to track the status of your order.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from Bellefit this means that your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped.
Once you've received your tracking number, you can find tracking updates at USPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking.

HOW CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Need to make changes to an order you just placed? Contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it for you.
If your order is already processed and shipped, we suggest waiting to receive it and try the garment out first, and if for any reason it doesn’t measure up, initiate a Return/Exchange Request.
At Bellefit, the safety and well-being of our brand ambassadors are of utmost importance to us.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date your return is received. The cost of your return prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Approved exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an invoice to cover the shipping costs of your exchange order. By default, the shipping method for your replacement order will be "USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)" for US orders, and "USPS Express International (3-5 business days)" for international orders (only when available).
Return items must be unused, unworn, unmodified, unaltered, unstained or unwashed. Please note that if you return your merchandise and it is worn, damaged, stretched or stained it will be denied & returned back to you at your expense.
