Returns & Exchanges are Easy!

You will be provided with your return/exchange instructions once you've initiated your request.


RETURN QUESTIONS:


  • Is it easy to return items?


Very easy! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.


  • How soon will I get my refund/exchange?


- Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date your return is received. The flat rate cost of your return prepaid label of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.


- Approved exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an invoice to cover the flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for your exchange order. By default, the shipping method for your replacement order will be "USPS First Class Mail (5-7 business days)" for US orders, and "USPS Express International (3-5 business days)" for international orders (only when available). 


  • What items are returnable?


- Items purchased within the last 30 days.


- Unused, unworn, unmodified, unaltered, unstained or unwashed. Please note that if you return your merchandise and it is worn, damaged, stretched or stained it will be denied a return/exchange & returned back to you at your expense.



  • What items are non-returnable?


- Items marked as final sale.


- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.


- Shipping costs, once service has been rendered. 


- All Panties


- Deals 51% Off or more at time of purchase.



  • I am an international customer, how do I initiate a return/exchange request?


- If your order was shipped to an international address, please send us an email at help@bellefit.com with your order # and request so we can provide you with your return instructions and return packing slip.


- Exchanges: We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If another size or style is needed, we recommend you return and reorder. 


Missing Package Policy

  • If you experience problems with the delivery of your order, contact Bellefit Customer Service immediately for assistance.

  • Report to help@bellefit.com
  • Missing packages must be reported within 3 calendar days after package is marked “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Customer must initiate an investigation with the carrier (open a claim)
  • There will be no refunds issued on missing packages.

Product Condition

Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges for items that match the following conditions:
  • Unused/Unworn/Unwashed
  • Hang tags Attached
  • No Stains
  • No Stretches
  • No Rips/Tears
We recommend wearing underwear and/or thin leggings when trying on your girdle to avoid damaging the garment which will facilitate your return or exchange.
