Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date your return is received. The cost of your return prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount. Approved exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an invoice to cover the shipping costs of your exchange order. By default, the shipping method for your replacement order will be "USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)" for US orders, and "USPS Express International (3-5 business days)" for international orders (only when available). Return items must be unused, unworn, unmodified, unaltered, unstained or unwashed.
