Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery

We recommend that you size at 36 weeks or later for a more accurate sizing. To find your size you will need your current hip measurement.

The Support and Stability I Needed
I have had three babies and this is the first time I’ve used a girdle postpartum. I almost exchanged for a larger size because I initially thought it was too tight, but I realized the snug fit is exactly what I needed to feel supported in my back. It’s sturdy but also discreet under clothing and it makes me feel more confident moving around since my core and pelvic floor strength has decreased over the course of my pregnancy. The clasps on the bottom are also very easy to unhook when needed. Very happy with this purchase and recommend to anyone who has just given birth.

Zipper is the way to go
I love this version so much more than the traditional style. So much easier to close and it feels just as supportive. It’s do wish the boning poked a little less but overall I am happy with it. Make sure to follow the size guide for a good fit.

The product is too small. Size up. I sent it back, they won’t send me a replacement or any refund. They said they have no record of it. High unsatisfied with their customer service
