MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT

Most packages arrive on time, but, sometimes, the tracking may show as "delivered" and you don't have your package.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it within 48 hours of expected delivery:

Note: Some carriers may deliver until 10 pm.

· Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
· Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
· Look around the delivery location for your package.
· See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
· Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
· Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.

· Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for a package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the mail carrier.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOM FEES WHEN ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY?

When ordering from Bellefit, the amount paid at the time of purchase takes care of the International Shipping costs, however, the recipient (you) is the responsible importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. This includes: Customs Duty Charges, Import taxes, Clearance fees and other local/municipal/state fees in the destination country.

UNITED STATES:


We offer FREE shipping anywhere in the continental United States for orders with a minimum purchase of $70. This shipping method arrives within 7 business days (most locations).


If you need your package delivered earlier, you can upgrade your shipping option. Our expedited shipping options are (may vary with location):


USPS Priority Mail - Up to 3 business days

USPS Express - 1-2 business days

FedEx Overnight - Next day (by 10:30am to most locations)

Once you enter your shipping address during the checkout process, you will see the different shipping options and costs that are available for your location.


INTERNATIONAL:


DHL Express - 3-5 business days estimate

Int'l Shipping Standard - 10-15 business days / 12-24 business days estimated delivery

USPS Express Mail - 3-5 business days delivery time estimate

FedEx International - 1-3 business days
