CAN I RETURN MY BELLEFIT EVEN THOUGH I WORE IT?

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST?
If your order was shipped to an international address and would like to return your purchase, please follow the steps below.
STEP 1:
Pack your return item(s) in sturdy packaging! Include a copy of the original packing slip in the box so that we can easily locate your order information.
STEP 2:

Be sure to keep the tracking information for your return package so you can see when it delivers to us.
Once delivered, you will be refunded to your original form of payment within 30 calendar days. The shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If another size or style is needed, we recommend you to reorder.
· Any merchandise returned used, worn, modified, altered, perfumed, stained, damaged and/or washed will not pass Bellefit’s inspection process, will not be approved for refund and will be returned to the original purchaser at your expense. No exceptions.

· Returned FINAL SALE items will not be refunded.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date your return is received. The cost of your return prepaid label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Approved exchanges are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an invoice to cover the shipping costs of your exchange order. By default, the shipping method for your replacement order will be "USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)" for US orders, and "USPS Express International (3-5 business days)" for international orders (only when available).

· Items purchased within the last 30 days.
· Unused, unworn, unmodified, unaltered, unstained or unwashed. Please note that if you return your merchandise and it is worn, damaged, stretched or stained it will be denied a return/exchange & returned back to you at your expense.

· Items marked as final sale.
· Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
· Shipping costs, once service has been rendered.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bellefit has a 30-Day Return Policy.
· Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for both domestic and international orders.
· Returns must be only for products purchased from Bellefit.com.
· All returns will be inspected by our returns department team prior to authorization.
· Items returned must not be used, worn, modified, altered, perfumed, stained or washed.
· All product tags must still be attached with packaging intact.
· If the product you are returning was a gift and your return is approved, then Bellefit will refund the original purchaser.
· Shipping and handling fees from your original purchase will not be refunded.
REFUNDS:
Approved refunds are processed within 30 calendar days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse.
The return shipping costs gets deducted from the refund amount due.
EXCHANGES:
Approved exchanges are processed within 2-4 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse.
Shipping costs will apply to your exchange order and we'll send you an invoice to complete your payment.
