Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery

We recommend that you size at 36 weeks or later for a more accurate sizing. To find your size you will need your current hip measurement.

Comfortable and secure
I purchased a 2xl and xl based on my pregnant weight. I started with my 2xl 2 days after my c-section and now I’m wearing my xl on the 2nd row of hooks after 2 weeks of wear!
I will definitely go back and get a L soon!
I’m 5’1 and usually a size M in most clothes. My regular weight is 150. I weighed 189 on the day of my c-section.

Best postpartum decision ever
I ordered the XL, L, & M months before i was die to give birth. I am almost 2 weeks postpartum and in the medium now. I had to have an emergency C-section and this had helped so much I wish I had it with my first baby. I am going to be ordering the small next!
